Scenic Rail Routes of Switzerland

The Swiss railway system includes some of the most-impressive engineering in the world, travelling through valleys and mountain-passes and past beautiful lakes and villages.

These packages consist of 1-3 overnights in each location and usually include the most important touring features – ideal for independent travellers looking to set their own pace. Within Switzerland only certain trains can be prebooked. Most regular services operate at least on an hourly basis so travelling outside peak times is the best way of ensuring a seat.
