Last updated: 13/10/2025

1. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of this website are governed by the laws of Australia, specifically the State of Victoria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

2. Good Faith Resolution

If a dispute arises between you and Holidays On Location, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally and in good faith.
You can raise your concern by contacting us at:
operations@holidaysonlocation.com

We will aim to acknowledge your inquiry within 7 business days and work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

3. Escalation Process

If we are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution within 30 days, you may choose to:

  • Submit the complaint to an independent mediator or consumer tribunal within Australia (e.g., Consumer Affairs Victoria), or
  • Pursue the matter through the courts of Victoria, Australia, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

4. Alternative Dispute Options

Nothing in this clause prevents you from lodging a complaint with a regulator or government authority, such as the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) for privacy-related matters, or ACCC / state consumer affairs bodies for consumer-related issues.
